No. Once your website is live on your hosting platform, the site is your responsibility. We would be happy to discuss separate management packages with you if you’re interested.
Our websites can be up to 15 pages but no more. If you need a website that is greater than that, please let us know and we can introduce you to our partners at Mungy who design custom websites focusing on your audience’s user experience. When a site gets larger than 15 pages, attention to these very important details are a must.
Yes, of course! Once we get your assets and build the site, we will present it to you for a review.
Your website will be ready 5 days after we receive the finalized creative brief and all the required content, including copy, from you. This ensures we have everything needed to move forward quickly and efficiently.

No. Once we finish the site, it’s approved by you and it gets launched on your hosting platform, our work will be complete. If you want us to make any changes at this point we would be happy to discuss it with you and provide you a price to do so.
We don’t provide email hosting or support since we recommend keeping email and website hosting separate for best practices. This means we don’t handle email account setup or troubleshooting. However, we can integrate your email marketing platform to your new site.
No, we do not. When we are ready to launch your new website there will be a few records that need to be updated in your domain’s DNS and we will give you those to update. If you are not comfortable with this, you can give us delegate access to your account and we can make the record updates for you.
No problem at all. Just pick the new design and we’ll take care of the rest.
No problem, you are free to cancel at any time and you will have two options in doing so.
- Option 1: your website goes away.
- Option 2: buy out your site and migrate it over to your own hosting provider. Please contact us for more details on this option.
