When a site gets larger than 15 pages, attention to these very important details are a must.

No. Once we finish the site, it’s approved by you and it gets launched on your hosting platform, our work will be complete. If you want us to make any changes at this point we would be happy to discuss it with you and provide you a price to do so.
We are not email technicians or an IT company and we do not host email as it’s best practice to keep your website and email hosting independent of one another. So, we don’t configure or troubleshoot email accounts. However, it’s usually pretty simple and only requires adding a few records to your DNS (where your domain name is registered).
No, we do not. When we are ready to launch your new website there will be a few records that need to be updated in your domain’s DNS and we will give you those to update. If you are not comfortable with this, you can give us delegate access to your account and we can make the record updates for you.
No problem at all. Just pick the new template and we’ll take care of the rest.
No problem, you are free to cancel at any time and you will have two options in doing so.
